Default ECU remap on the Dyno

HOw much should I be expecting to pay for an ECU remap on the dyno. Also how much should I be paying?

I have just rang powersport in Bradford and they told me 4 hours at £38 per hour plus VAT. That seems a pi55 take. If it takes 4 hours they don't know what they are doing surely???

I got mine done at Steve Jordans, Ask SV650racer for more details. I have loads of other work done on mine at the same time so I can't be sure what I paid for the ECU remap, but was quoted a maximum of £120.

This is from another thread.

Takes 2-3 hours if done properly as it maps at various throttle openings in all gears.

Costs £120 to do.

I'd say they are talking about a power commander map as these normally take 3hrs, but 4 is a bit much.
The Usb PC is mapped every 250rpm at 2,5,10 upto 100% throttle openings so its time consuming to do right, anyone can sort the top end out of hp, but its the part throttle/low rpm stuff that makes the real difference.
