Default Getting Angry

I seem to be getting really angry a lot recently.
This worries me because I used to really placid.

A few examples:

A couple of days ago I was taking to a supplier about returning some parts (their mistake).
The discussion concluded with me calling them "A bunch of useless ****ing ****s" and slamming the phone down. This was in the middle of the office at work.

This morning, guy parked on a double yellow on a busy main road yacking on his phone, couldn't help but shout "****" at him as I went past. (Very unfair, he could have broken down)

Anyone got any ideas on how I can curb this rage before it gets out of control ?

I get the same at university.

I dont know what you can do...maybe take some time off? Do some sort of activity to let out all your agression? Could be too much energy or something

I sometimes suffer from this.

Infact like this morning.....Nottingham Ring Road.

1)A van sitting in the right hand lane doing 35 whilst on his mobile, the limit is 50 at this point.

I then proceed to undertake (strictly speaking going with the flow of the traffic not undertaking) at 45...he dilberately swerves at me flashing his headlights and giving the V's....WTF!!!

2)Black little sportcar can be seen swerving between traffic behind overtaking at every given oppurtunity, he then gets in the wrong lane and trys to cut in last minute, the left hand lane where he wants to be is bumper to bumper so he came within 2 cm of me and then sat just as close to my rear bumper.

I used to see red mist easily in these circumstances.....now I tend to stay calmish and if the oppurtunity arises explain to them they are a danger to themselve and others and that some people are not as laid back as me and are likely to smash their face in.

Valium or class A usually does the trick.

Since starting work, I get a load more stressed out than I used to - was a student. I don't think it's just the work, I find i get more angry because of all the commuting and lack of exercise. Go for a run a few times a week or a cycle ride. Helps to keep your energy levels up and also get ride of a bit of that pent up aggressions. Or joint a martial arts class so you can kick the s%$t out of people who don't mind

Don't think thats the case, I swam a mile last night.
I usually run about 7-8 miles a week and train in the gym 2-3 times a week as well .

If the weather's nice I'll usually do about 20 miles on me push bike as well.

Too much testosterone ?

Just shouting abuse at people who p*ss you off will make you feel worse. What you need to do is take a baseball bat to them.So much more satisfying.
