Anywho, I'm up and raring to go. I have done my famous flasks and packed them. Just having breakfast and a cuppa.

The sun is out here but it's foggy as so visibility is down to about 100m or so, this may make me a bit late but rest assured, I am coming!

Hope everyone makes it there safely, see you in a couple or few hours!

Yo back home a short while ago. Me and Beenz split at lunch from McDonalds and Beenz lead, we were going south, towards Chippenham and Yate.. We ended up in Stratfor-UpOn_Avon?? Anyway, long way home, I finally got here to find Squirrel_Hunter at my house, he got split from you guys at the fuel stop after lunch..

Great day guys, thanks, just what I needed, still wobbling everywhere but a few more miles should sort that out.

Yep, nice to see people again, cheers Mogs, you're a dude

SteVe650

Well I cocked that one up. Fill up, pay for fuel, visit loo, see the last rear tyre leaving the forecourt... balls.

Le Mans it to the bike and set off. I catch and pass Carlos and another bike before realizing that I'm heading toward Shrewsburry. My geography is crap but even I worked out that I'm going the wrong way. Turn round and meet with Carlos who points me in the right direction (big thanks for that mate) and I set off toward somewhere Welsh.

I think I took the 449 toward Monmouth and then Chepstow. Cracking roads much fun had trying to catch the imaginary rider in front. Make it to the race course and realize I haven't got a clue where the end point is.

So a quick call to Grunty Giggles and I'm beat Strechie back for a brew (cheers guys). Thanks to Mogs for organizing and good to see some old, new, and changed faces. Next time I'll make it to the end.

Glad you made it back ok fella. I saw you come flying past and I wasn't sure if you were lost or whether you'd moved house and were on your way home, then you came back the other way :o

As has been said already, cheers to Mogs for organising the rideout, Gid and DMC for TEC, and DMC, Old Git, Seggons, Pete, Lissa, Larry and Mr Spiers for a great ride there. Oh and thanks to Hovis for putting the frighteners on the poor customers of McDonalds with that exhaust when you finally got it started ;)

Oh boy was that a long ride home but I'm home safe and sound. I think I clocked up ~400 or so miles over the day. Time to sort pictures and video footage out I guess. :D

Thanks to Mogs for not only leading, but for being a really good laugh. It was nice to meet allot of the people that I wanted to meet last year but couldn't. Thanks everyone for making it such a great day out. :D

Thanks Mogs for doing this one. A good few bikes out. Good to see some of the old folk about and some new ones.

Stetchie, my geography was cr@p as well. A good ride back though, that lil MT had a cracking run back. I'll tax the other one for the next rideout, a tad more comfortable for a longer run.

I'm sure my bike is quicker now I've lost the odd ounce.

I'll have the blackbird if you don't get on with it ;)
I work in Monkton Farleigh, on the A363 towards bath. Devizes is about 20 miles from there and I only get an hour for lunch, so unfortunately there's not really enough time :(
Once summer gets underway and it gets dark much later we could always go for a blitz after work!

Cool beans. I went for a quick ride at lunchtime today just around where I work and discovered some beautiful B-roads that I wasn't aware existed! I'm gonna have to go for more sneaky rides when it gets a bit warmer....

You're right but I may have nicknamed the bike Boobies...
'Just gonna have a quick ride on Boobies'
'I'm washing Boobies'
'I need to see Boobies'
etc!!

Plus it's bouncy at high speed
