As discussed at Porlock the Penguins have flourescent jackets which will stand out when we TEC, don't know what the Quiffs have.

We will take ours off when Quiff TEC's

i dont normaly like swapping tec, as peeps get confused, but aslong as the TEC and the TEC only are in high vis i see no problem

careful though. If the Quiff's do any sort of duty in hivis they tend to get mistaken for the cops.
My advice (FWIW) let them TEC wearing hivis, but don't let them stop!!
