Might look into making my own when I get time if I can't find anything off the shelf that will work

Finally got mine back out of the garage after fitting the lowers and infills. Still got to polish up the rear wheel to match the front. Managed to tuck a Stebel Nautilus away in the fairing. Split it and tucked the compressor under the seat. Also got to fit an oval end can. But I's happy with the look, compare it with how it was last year

And the 2.0 version of mine. I fitted the lowers today and gave it a good clean and polish. I'm pleased wit it again. I have got it looking how it did a year ago, before my off.

Blimey I didn't think it was that shiney underneath all that dirt.
Looking good
Cheers buddy, I had forgotten that it was a silver bike, I thought it was grey! The amount of dirt that came off the wheels was gross.
I took it out tonight and it felt good to be on it again after two weeks of being stuck in the garage.

My current curvy SV650S 2001 in black (Stealthy Suzy). Just bought her, isn't she pretty ;)
I've actually made a couple of minor cosmetic mods since I took this photo, she now has fluorescent yellow wheel rim tape (it's a very dark bike, I'd like to be seen!) and removed some stickers. Then going to give her a lovely deep clean before adding Stomp Grips and a belly pan of some kind.

Well if you like riding about on the plank standard seat, then no. But I could only manage about 30miles before I started to hate the standard seat.
Now its about 200 with the gel:p
OEM gel seats normally go for over the ton on EBAY, if you can find them
I've seen another service on ebay for £84, ignore the fact its for a Hayabussa, they do all bikes. This price is for a custom recover, but a gel insert is an extra option
http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Suzuki-Hayabusa-GSXR-1300-1340-Top-Saddlery-Seat-Cover_W0QQitemZ270554085635QQcmdZViewItemQQptZUK_M otorcycl
Vilking basic gel insert is £80 incl fitting, which is half the price of any OEM Suzuki gel seat on Ebay right now. Yer pays your money, yer takes your choice :p

Ive got a few jobs to finish, the fairing lowers and the under seat infills are off being smoothed and cleaned up and will be done in the proper yellow. I also must get round to making the small infills for each side of the pointy light.

Looking sweet, was the pointy brake light hard to fit?
Did you have to modify wiring and brackets ect?
It's something I may look into doing!!
Bigchris, it was actually fairly easy, although does look a tad bodgy i suppose, especiallyif you see the pics without the rear seat, so it could certainly be improved!!:D
The pointy light has 4 mount points, and sits where the curvy light mounts, with that plate having to be cut off the subframe. The pointy light mounts on the under side of the subframe, using the same tapped holes for the pillion seat rubber spacers.
I made up some very simple brackets from stainless and for the wiring I bought a wiring plug and crimps off ebay for pennies.
You would need to make up an undertray as the curvy one continues way past where the light is now (i used the one zunkus has posted elsewhere, although it needs extra part cut out) and you need to make a tail tidy to mount your plate and indicators.
I can email you my pictures and copies of templates used, so you can see if its worth the agro for you, and im sure it can be much improved on, as my abilities are a bit limited :p:p
The underseat are is reduced, but then I never used it anyway, and making the infills for each side of the light is proving a pain due to all the angles, but Im getting there with card and plastic templates.
Hope that helps.;)

Yea it does matey, the templates and pictures would be really handy if it's not too much trouble? My emails christopher_dickinson4@msn.com
I think the pointy light looks smart on a curvy, may give it a go :-)

Lower fairings fitted now, bit scratched up but a bargain price :-)
Thinking this winter for some cosmetic tidying up. Over 22k and still going strong!
