Can't you make or get some spacers & longer bolts to allow the fitment of the rear footpegs?

My Micron headers came with spacers and I'm sure some folk have made their own

You can just about see them in this pic

Hi, its 08 GSXR1000 fibreglass, one piece with a abs cowl. (I reckon close to a 100 hours work there, fabbing painting etc).
All fittings ground off the subframe, custom made undertray.
The pointy front almost goes straight on. Only a small change in angle and custom brackets fabbed. biggest pain was wiring the vapor idiot lights.

This proves what I have been saying for a very long time, Pointy plastics on a curvy frame is beautiful. Well done that Man! :smt040

Aunty Jayne is very, very impressed and it takes a lot to do that!

The only advantage I have found so far with the pointy frame is the ease with which one can attach bungie cords, I still think that the curvy frame is a damn sight prettier and suits Pointy Plastics so well. :D

Nice curvy, Traders.

been spraying my lowers up this weekend after I matt blacked them last year, now in lurverly Y9H yellow, also sprayed the under seat triangle panels in yellow too, and wondering what the tail section behind the pillion seat would look like yellow, should have enough paint left over.

Anyone got a pic of that part sprayed?

Not quite the right shade, although is the correct paint number, but pearl is a sod to get right. I noticed this time the pearl laquer was clear, last time I had some mixed it had a gold sheen!!

Oh well, only cost £30 and doesnt look as bad in the flesh. and not changing it now, lol

Yes you should Radicalry as you beat me to them by like 15 minutes :smt071 Looks awesome Leebex, can't quite tell from your pictures but is the rear light section finished yet?

You'll never forgive me for that will ya :P. They were the right colour for yours but tbh needed a respray and a few repairs anyway. You not managed to get hold of any others yet? Was payday yesterday so I'm going to see about getting them sprayed. Faired curvys with lowers just look so much sportier.

No Never! I will find lowers one day, its just ironic that the one time I'm not looking on the FOR SALE and someone posts something I'd want to buy! I expect them to look gorgeous on your bike though otherwise I may cry ;)
