better having a word in their ear first m8.
Oh don't worry mate, was round at 8am this morning waking them up to explain that although they're away from home for the first time and it's Fresher's week, they need to be considerate of other people.
TBH - we've had this for years, takes a few goes at pointing out the errors of their ways each time we get a new bunch and then if it gets to the point where they don't cooperate, I take it up with the Uni, who threaten them with expulsion.
The landlord lives in a bungalow at the back of the property, so he'll be getting a knock on the door in the middle of the night next time it happens. That normally sorts it out 'cos he knows if I'm awake, he'll be next.

you must go and buy yourself a twix, it is paramount that you eat something good
I had a lay in that was good was it of chocolate, caramel and biscuit variety?

Sound advice good sir.
As the wife has pranged the car this morning i may need something a little stronger than said biscuity treat.
Wideboy

Uh oh, much damage?
I'm sure a chocolate, caramel and biscuit treat could fix it

Not seen it yet but lets hope it's superficial. Perhaps melting the twix down and using it as filler might do the trick.
I'll post some picks if i can see through the tears later tonight ;)

Peach?! I had some maximuscle thing before which was strawberry and was only about 300ml. Used to have it once a day so it was bareable. last month I started this chocolate nutrisport 90+ jobby which I'm having twice a day but it's an entire pint at a time. I stopped having it for 10 days whilst I had some time off the gym and today I'm starting again and I had one for breakfast. Genuinely had to try so hard not to be sick!
I do eat a reasonable amount of meat anyway but this shake has such little fat and carbs and its got slow releasing protein and amino acid jobbies in it that its just awesome to take as welllllllllll :) trying to bulk up without putting on loads of fat too.

I think she's missed it!
Ralph turn away now...
I've got tennis elbow!
I was kicked on the elbow in 2003 after a pursuit and suffered a bit of a broken elbow that damaged the tendons. I had a cortisone injection and thought nothing more of it.
Now it's come back and the pain is worse than before. I'm on NSAID's with the promise of another injection in a few weeks. I hated it last time. Lots of sickness and numbness (no clever comments please) that knocked me for six for a few days.
Luckilly, it's my left elbow and I'm right handed.
So I've got a ton of pills to take and a huge needle full of **** coming up.
Poo.
