Having mistaken the sound of an SV for that of a tractor, you mean?

What are you saying about the sound of my can????????

At times, dear girl, it is somewhat less than subtle. I lost a filling on Saturday

What sort of can is it? Apart from ****ing loud, I mean

Ah - you would be "VFR400 Bloke".....................I'll amend the page with the pictures on again

Good to see you, and welcome btw

Cheers Jabba,
Though thinking about it, VFR400 Bloke would have been a far better choice for a username. :)

and my only injury was from falling over in the Aust services car park. :)

That will teach you to play rugby before a ride out ;)

Glad you got home okay I heard those traffic lights before the motorway were a bit badly timed for you!

Yup,
If I'd known we'd be waiting there that long I'd have switched off the engine.
And maybe put the bike on its stand and wandered off to the village to do a bit of shopping.

Yes there were a couple of unhappy car drivers in the que I had one driver determined not to let me through and then gave me a mouthful when I shook my head at him.. the woman infront then put her arm out infront of me and managed to grab lemmings as he went past !!!... people are unbelivable and when in a que they really get possesive!!!

I have to apologise for my language at abergavenney as i was rather ****ed off as you can imagine

priced a scorpion stainless round can for mine like anna's at £170 for just the can,
anyone know the price for the full system?

No sorry, just a thought what about a Carbon Can Company can, they do a stainless can for £110 with removable baffle. Somebody I think Deano has one on his bike and they sounds lovely. You can get em from ebay.

IMHO its not worth paying the extra for a full system unless you are going to start messing about with the fueling etc you wont get much more BHP I think.

Yep I've got an oval CCC (£110 on ebay), you would have heard it when we went to visit carsick, lemmings. Can't fault the can, nice and loud easy to fit and cheap as chips. :D

Like fizz said not really worth putting full system on unless you intend doing a lot of tuning, but I suppose if you've got the cash to spare it's entirely up to you.

want a full system really so i dont have to go cutting anything and can put the original on so it looks atandard if i need to

Its much easier IMHO to return the bike to standard with a slip on can as opposed to a full system. Cutting the orginal can off is easy and if you hide the bolts on the clamps round the back of the pipe you wont notice the brackets etc.
