Oh right, so at Petworth we head down to pulborough, do the little loop and come back up and finish at newlands. Looks good, look forward to trying it out and hopefully wont be too much traffic when we do it.
Expertly drawn too, went outside the lines a couple of times but I rate that B+ :D

about 115 miles, the fuel stop is about 30 miles in to the ride
If any of the London types wanna meet up before hand, I'll be passing the Ace at about 6:30. PM me, or I'll keep right on going...
Spider, I'm in West Drayton if you want company..... (And you don't mind riding with a Honda).
Checked the route planner n it reckons 49 mins from hayes, so can i suggest 0715 meet at the round about under the stockley fly over for me, jelster and anyone else in the area. :D

Ummm. At this ride out... am I expected to ride very fast? Because, if this is the case you might have to order for me- white wine spritzer please- because going on some people’s manly (riding) performances (Spider and SV_Dan) I don't think I'm up to riding so fast.
Not been on many ride outs before, and I'm not sure of the etiquette…

I'm a bit of a novice, so i wont be riding massively fast.
Everyone rides at thier own pace. No doubt tere will be some speed freaks, and even just freaks, but he Junctions WILL be marked, so if you loose the person in front, just go straight until the next marker. I'll probably be floating around the back somewhere playing sheepdog.

That should be fine (it's about 1 minute from me.....) :smt045
At that time in the morning Boxers is 35 minutes tops.

Yup, don't worry about speed just enjoy yourself, if the weather is out and traffic thin, it will be awesome. Ride at your own pace and take it easy.

I can always find the seat for my 'Blade if you fancy it.
I don't think we've met so you have no knowledge of how I ride so I will understand if you decline, but there is a pillion available if you want it. Just let me know before hand as I'll have to fit it to the bike (I also have a pillion pal belt thingy that my boy used to use).

I have a spare OGK Aero Blade lid you can have on a long term loan.
Used it about half a dozen times on the bike and then a few times for mini moto racing, just gone into the loft to check it and its still bagged and boxed and it doesn't smell

I just had a look at google maps and seems that they have a new feature, which allows you to create a nice interactive route plan thingy.
Here is one (http://maps.google.co.uk/maps/ms?f=q&hl=en&layer=&ie=UTF8&om=1&z=10&ll=51.06988,-0.4422&spn=0.545378,1.281281&msid=103862881573959399693.00000111d2578bb381b12&msa=0) I made as a test based on Sarah's information...
If people like it, we could easily create a collection of routes for others to use. Falc seems to like the idea. Imagine a whole list of routes to choose from on a day off or something... I'm getting too excited just thinking about it :smt081...

Yer its a sweet idea, been looking for something like that, If everyone could put there favourite roads/routes in the Best Roads / Routes (http://forums.sv650.org/showthread.php?t=67750) thread with as much detail as they can we can start turning them into google maps and ill create a post at the top allowing people to see them.
I have a couple of routes saved on my Microsoft Autoroute that I use and so I can pull them down.
Tis a great tool though :D nice find my accomplice in crime Leshkin :D

I'm not offering by the way. I struggle enough keeping the bike upright with it's own weight. I only have ickle legs.
