Default The time has come to de-restrict!

Time has come to de-restrict my bike! Found a pair of carbs on ebay for 10 whole pounds.

Its from a 2000 carby, and mine is a '99 sv curvy. Does anyone know if there are differences between carbs on both bikes?

Any help appreciated!

May be easier to remove current restriction. Could just be washers.

I'd phone JHS to find out what method they use first. Replacing carbs is just adding complication.

To restrict carbs, you normally put a washer/plate in there to reduce the air intake. Costs pennies in materials.

As with most biking kit! hehe.

But yeah, I'd just ask JHS what they normally do. Will save you loads of time
