Default Suspension settings

I have an 04 pointy and the suspension preload is still on its standard setting.Im a bit of a fat B**st*rd weighing in at 93kg or 14 st(I think) what would be the best setting for my suspension for my weight.

Front on full stiff back on full stiff....not much more you can do

Edit...without putting stiffer springs and an aftermarket rear shock in.

Stupid question,but does that means tightening it,will that make the suspension harder

Tighten it yes, clockwise on front.
Will not make it harder, just changes range of movement you have available up and down.
