Hello all!
I have a curvy; it has a new new reg/rec which plugs into a different two cables than the factory original reg/rec. It's installed, but now after about 30 seconds of use of the bike, every single time, a fuse (signals fuse, the only 15amp blue on the left column) blows. Why is this? |

So to clarify, you got another reg/rec from a different bike and plugged it into whatever socket you could find rather than wire it into the correct ones
![]() and now you wonder why it's causing a problem......

No, this was not from another bike, it was a SV650S K2 specific, brand-new reg/rec, as mentioned before. It came with instruction to plug the cables into a different pair of cables instead of the originals because "it is better this way"
This is what I got from Suzuki, this is what they told me to do. Do you know why the fuses might keep blowing? |
