first one off the fairing lowers came off ok.
then the tank one was a bit more work. the sticker on the black plastic next to the clocks were harder to get off, as it's in such an awkward place, but eventually came off ok. gave the bike a nice clean and polish and noticed a few little sicker marks that I need to pay some attention to, but just a bit of nail polish remover will fix it! happy now they're gone! ![]() |

Whats the easiest way or removing them? Heat them using a hairdryer and then white spirit?

my technique was boiling water, thumb nail, then wd40 for residue, and finally nail polish remover (acetone free)
which ever works for you really. i tried using a credit card, but found it can scratch the paint/plastic so stuck with my nail. i did a sticker a night as my thumb started to hurt after each one. |

I was only asking my mate this question the other day, he uses a product called "Sticky Stuff Remover' !! (Not a joke!). That and a hairdryer, then polish out the difference, there's usually a slight colour dif.

it works.! .
I didnt believe it at first -- mrs saw it on that aggy and the big blonde bird cleaning thing.. we use it all the time now to get stickers/price labels off mugs etc but it does work on bike stickers.. ya need to peel off the shiny top plastic layer first .. then mayo on.. leave on.. then wipe off and rub off as normal with cloth or fingers. of course clean up well after as its a food and mayo left on yer bike a few weeks will stink.!
