sv650x - noticed the tail was a bit loose on the left hand side so had a look under the seat cowling.
![]() Haynes manual says first step for removing the seat cowling is to remove two screws as per above. Neither were there. ![]() This looks to be the main problem - anyone know what's supposed to be there? ![]() Lastly, does any of this need to be worried about? Thanks! |

Only a bit of rust, mines similar, can take it off and get powdercoated if it really bothers you

Mine was like that too no problem structurally but I took it down to the powdercoaters who sorted it and the torque arm out for only £40.
