Cool My SV idles too high.

Hi ya, has anyone had a probblem with high idling. My 2000 650 is idling 3thousand rev, had a new choke cable fitted 6 months ago, just before xmas k&n air filter, iriduim spark plug and had it dyno jetted and a straight though exhaust(loud). It was running like a dream, then feb18th i took it on a trackday(had lots of fun and no probs). I left it after for 4weeks without starting and now ive got the problem.
Ive turn the idle cable right down, and sprayed it all with wd40 but had no joy.
PLease can some one help me?

It might be your choke plungers are stuck in the carb barrells...

Whats the choke lever like to move, does it move freely, or does the lever feel stiff / difficult to move.

Hi mate, choke feels fine and easy, when you pull it it increases the revs to 4.5

Is the carb linkage actually against the stop?
Did you drop the bike on the track day?

Throttle cable adjustment?
