Don't know the figures, but I tend to go for something under size then warm the end with a lighter. Push it over the bleed valve while it's still semi melted and let it cool in situ. You normaly find it moulds itself to the right shape for a good airtight fit then.

yeah that's what i do but not sure if i should start with 6mm or 8mm. I supopse I'll start with 6mm.

Most D.I.Y stores stock various sizes of plastic tube if I remeber corectly
