Default squeeky boots

hey all

i have a pair of alpine stars SMX (plus or R ones - the more track looking ones) that squeek like no bodies business. is there any thing recommended i can spray in the nooks and stuff to minimise my ridicolous walking theme tune?

Mr sheen furniture polish or something some silicone in it. WD40 will shift it temproarily but it'll come back again.

Mr sheen eh? well i may as well use it for something as it never leaves the cupboard under the sink to actually be used to polish anything. will try both (not at the same time).
