Hi,

Whats the best tool to cut through the stock exhaust?

i used a 6"grinder on my mates 650.
Like a hot knife through butter lol

angle grinder

hacksaw would take a while through it, its double layered isnt it on the stock

I've used a reciprocating saw on both of mine. One of these.

With the correct blade it's a 10 second job and no sparks.

Be careful if you use an angle grinder, lethal if they catch which is quite likely on a tube!

A proper hacksaw should be fine i.e. not a junior hacksaw

I used an ancient recip saw for my Viper can, blade got stuck on the packing and snapped it!

Big beasty grinder finished the job!
