Luggage wise I've got some Oxford sports panniers, great throw overs if you're off for a week or more. Otherwise I just bungee a travel roll to the pillion and use a cheapo Oxford tank bag (that is smallish but fits camera, spare gloves, choccy bars, phones, disc lock and drink).

As for the Allen screws, suzuki dealer, or take one of the remaing ones out and down to your local engineering/fastener shop.

For a curvy?
4mm dome head I thought...
Anyway I have spares if you can tell me which ones it is exactly.

For the underside I use cable ties, black to match, holds the whole thing together pretty well.
