ah sod it!
gonna chuck on a zx6 shock on.
Had a ride of a bandit with a similar set-up to what i'm wanting at about 10.5ish it was like riding a hardtail

Hey Badger, this means stock length has increased like 2.5 mm from stock. In how many mm tail-raising does this xlate?

Errrrrrrm... what does that tell you then? Considering you don't know what was done with the bandit setup or the fact that the linkages are completely different!

YC sorted anyway sourced a ZX10 shock, just waiting for the longer bolts

1:2 ratio on the second gen linkages so 5mm at the back

Where did you get the bolt from in the end I ordered from Wemoto but it was going to be upto 10 days for them to get them in stock, so ordered from here instead http://cradleykawasaki.co.uk/

Great, need to know cause I want to raise my K3-n's tail like 35mm.
96-99 GSXR750 shock would be best then.
There was also a dogbone-shortening/tail rise ratio if I remember well.

bolt from the kawa dealer in Newcastle (from the guy tht sold u the shock. small world eh)

Nut is from wemoto dispatched tonite

Just finished of mine today sorted out the sag properly and set up the reboound and comp to standard zx10 settings just need to get out on it now. I'm riding up to my parents on it on wednesday up near the mighty Middlesbrough so we'll how it handles then. Have started fitting yours yet?

Rob I'm hanging fire and pulling the front end off at the same time. Attacking the bike with the ratchets for a could of days in September .

Waiting the for the oem nut to do the rear
