I'm trying to find the correct shock to upgrade to.

K3 Pointy. 5'8" 168lbs. Don't carry pillon often.

Is it also worth upgrading front forks?

03/04 gsxr 1000 is perfectly sprung for your weight

front forks mostly what ever you fancy as long as they arn't to short or to long

or just put in emulators and stifer springs in to the stock forks
