Just remembered when someone mentioned a Hovis lorry, saw one of these on the way back from GMII, made me chuckle even though it was a bit of a blur at the time, ahem... Made me think "how would Hovis live up that phrase?" knowing it would be hilarious lol!

My over riding memory will always be the white water rafting at Bala last year. Hearing Hovis arriving and then see him walk around a tree wearing his yellow leathers and a bright pink bikini over the top of them. I laughed that much I think I almost wet myself!!! What a star he is..... He took such delight in making people laugh and his humour was so razor sharp, he had a witty answer for everything.

Been having a read back through the old threads again.. Phil24_7 I hope he never ripped the p*ss to badly out of you for running out of petrol a while ago. It would appear you werent the only one to make that mistake...

No funnily enough. I always wondered why, and now I know. He went the whole lateness route (this was caused by the lack of fuel) everytime he took the p*ss!
