Not fussed what other people think when they pass me, just so long as I'm comfy

I'll stay tucked in and hunkered down till I get a bit more used to it.

I'm a streak of P155 to the misses so were all different - so do you sit straight up then? Must still effect you (unless your 3ft tall...?)

Cheers

i dont know about this. im 6ft and on my naked sv i could happyily cruise all day at 80 without issue.
Best position is sit normally. reach for bars take all weight off the wrists and keep your back and neck straight just look up a little with your eyes.
Also a DB screen helps a tone since i moved onto a zxr.

I find getting right down chin on tank to be very uncomfortable after a few miles so I sit up a bit and find a happy medium.A small tank bag to lean on can be good, and I avoid wearing anything bigger than a small rucksack with only very light stuff in it.A good lid that doesnt get buffeted about helps a lot.

Cheers - points towards me just needing to get used to it. Thanks

Thanks mate, very constructive - tank bag sounds like a good idea as I'll need my work shoes somewhere so that may be ideal.

5'6 and a bit... and the bit matters lol!

I ride a dirt bike so Im battered by wind regardless, all adds to the fun you've just got to suck it up I spose.
I remeber riding my SV back from AR09, stonking hang over and 160? mile journey on motorway and A roads... dont think I complained after that.
