Work...

But you've not had it long! Are things really that bad?

Was at Work from 20.00 last night till 7 this morning, had a fire at Victoria and did stop for most of the night, now tired but gonna take the dogs out for a walk before everybody else gets up

Yah.
The office is all female - and there are like 3 groups.
Everyone bitches about each other and its so annoying!
I know you get it everywhere but this is just next level...

My day today was even worse - At the moment im in training and the girl who was my double cover today had to leave for home as she had been sick..
There was no one else in the office i was the only one today which was ****ing rediculas as there are 3 weddings this weekend and saturday is always a busy day...
I was left to do everything i had to do normally - and 6 other peoples jobs. answer phones, checking people in booking people rooms.etcetc.. and to top it off people wernt happy with there rooms and the general manager was being a knob and chasing me up on this that and the other which obviously had no time to do..
I actually got so stressed i was in tears a few times

Its like the day before i was left with everything there where 4 people in the office and not one of them would pick up the phone or help me on the front desk which there suppose to do...i made it pretty clear i wasnt happy by slamming around. . . because if i say something it'll just get brushed to one side and nothing will be done about it - thats what its like there... if someone complains about something they walk out the room and the person you tell is bitching to someone else about what you just said!

Its just not practical - i hardly get sleep i work 10 - 12 days without a day or two off. and the pay is next to nothing.

Oh heck you don't sound happy Sorry to read that. Are you looking for other jobs?

As much as you hate your job, be thankful that you have one in this current economic climate. Even though the money isn't so good (as you say), at least your earning something and gaining experience which will help towards your next job

Keep looking for alternative jobs and hopefully something good will come up. I know how you feel though, the place I work at is mainly all female so I understand totally! Keep your chin up
