i remember a certain biker reporting some one for a hit and run, nothing came of it so this certain person somehow got said offenders address

 What's your legal advice said? Surely you can't dodgy a court appearance for so long, is this a criminal case by the police or a civil case by you for her running you over? Are you pressing charges through police for attempted murder or what?
