Don't use mole grips if you can avoid it. Pump both pistons out with the fluid. One usually comes first, use a G-clamp to hold it while you pump the other out, but protect your caliper with a piece of scrap wood, otherwise you will muller the paint. Then when they're both wobbly, just work em out with your hand. G-clamp is good for getting them back in as well, just protect the caliper! I didn't.

Good morning all.
Providing there's enough piston protruding from the caliper, put a jubilee clip of suitable size around it, & use grips. Warm the caliper body first with a blowlamp, or hot air gun. Then try to rotate the piston before attempting to withdraw it. Make sure the jubilee clip doesn't slip though, or you may score the pistons. Cheers. |

Might as well change the fluid while you're at it. Or is this old fluid from the calipers? I made a mess all over as well, best to cover the discs and paintwork as best you can, saves a lot of cleaning.

That usually gets them out far enough that jubilee clip + grips can get them out easily. These are from ZXR same 6 pots as 'busa right?

Airline is ok, but if you get one that is actually seized then they will laugh at air. My compressor goes up to about 160psi. Maybe you have higher one. Also you still have to put other 5 pistons back in.
