Either way, whatever colour the smoke is, do a compression test first. Sounds to me like you might have popped a head gasket. Have you checked the coolant level recently?

I checked the coolent level and it almost empty so i guess its the head gasket that has gone and maybe the pistons and rings maybe more.

Don't forget you can lose oil through a blown head gasket as well, so it might still just be a gasket and not pistons/rings.
