they good bikes but when buyin look for care for bike. Aye the rear calipers are prone to siezing with road salt

Asking for a list of possible faults make it sound like a bad bike; and it isn't.
If you are looking at a curvy, it is at least 7 years old (a K1 will be 9 years old) so is bound to have some wear/tear. It has always been a fairly budget bike - most things can be improved upon, but the stock part when properly maintained are good enough for most riders (novice or experienced). |

i really appreciate the advice!! i now they are old bikes and succumb to wear and tear !! as i say i know from the firestorm they have weak rectifiers and CCT,s fail all of which can be changed or improved !!!
