i thought to increase hight you fitted shorter dogbones?

what did you expect?

You probably won't be able to get the height back with dogbones, and it isn't IMO a good idea as you're making the system a hell of a lot more progressive.

Plus for good handling you need a massive amount more ride height than stock. 355mm or so at shock on stock dogbones.

YC does lowering the front have exactly the same effect as raising the rear ? or should one be balance with the other

Ground clearance and swingarm angle are just as important as rake and trail. If you lower the front 60mm because your shock is too short you just created two problems rather than fixing one!
