A restricted bike will do 108 on the clocks - mine did. It was definitely restricted , because without it, 120 on the clocks was quite easy

mine dose 95 mph on the flat, once i pop the head up 90mph

Mine will just touch an indicated 110mph, and thats restricted, but after 90 it has no power, and extra throttle just makes more noise and makes the bike vibrate more.
