Re: Source for 100% legal metal reg plates?
As above, pressed metal plates are illegal if supplied after 2001. They won't [shouldn't] be BS marked and plates aren't allowed to be patterned or textured, which it would be. Having said that, pressed plates only really tend to be a problem when people dress them up to make their Golf/Saxo look german/french etc. So long as it's easily readable you probably won't even get noticed.
