I just ordered one. They look cool (IMHO) and are pretty secure and waterproof. xXBadgerXx has had one for some time and his tax disc never seems to get wet.

They are legal as they can be rotated while attached to the bike so all relevant information can be read.

Awesome. Give us a pic when it's on the bike so we know what they look like whilst actually on the bike

look to the left pillion peg, Decided before I bought the SV I wouldn't pillion so removed everything related to it.

Best one I've had is this one, it's a Motrax one, cost me £10 of Eeeebay, I've jet washed it, sponge & soap.

Inside the 2 end caps is a small rubber edge, once tightened no problem atall.

Ah yes something like that, except I have pillion pegs. I'll find somewhere to slot it, perhaps off an exhaust mount, but as far away from the can as possible.

Yeah thats the only problem when it comes to the Pillion & mounting options, When you look at the bike you can't see it, unless you look slightly under the rear fairing. But as tom has said police will just check the plate & know it all before asking you where it is.

I've never had a problem with the police with it either.

My tax disc has lived under my rear seat for the last two years.

I saw a very cool one on a friends KTM duke that went around the top of the front left fork leg. Never seen one for sale though.

You really ought to get it out and buy another, that one will be out of date...
