If you dragged it out and continued to work you know the answer to the question "will I stop riding?".

If you were going to you would have, ride on and learn from your mistake.

Started to get parts for the repair. New indicator £20.00. Picked up a R/H fairing, in the wrong colour, along with the L/H fairing and nose cone. Having the R/H lower panel resprayed over the next few days. I was also thinking of having the side cover panels colour coded. Has anybody done this ? Is there a reason not to ?

I will be selling the L/H lower fairing, (slight crack), along with my damaged R/H fairing (2" hole around bung location and two cracks) and the nose cone (Graze on font right). Not sure if the R/H panel could be used but someone with some patience and skill could probably make it use-able. I will post in the sale section shortly.

Why didnt you just have your existing ones repaired rather than shell out for new ones then they need painting anyway?

There is a guy on here that does the repairs and resprays.

The body shop I took the panel to would not repair it due to the size of the missing section and its locality to the location point/crash bung.
