What do you do if you don't get on with someone at work?

If she is one of thouse people who think they are so bloody good and spectacular, thinking they are the best looking in the office, that they have such a lovely voice (and don't mind listening to their own voice) and whinges about petty things, well then i suppose we just have to stick her in a bin and throw her in the thames.

How stupid can you be, that you unplug someones laptop so you can have a fan on?

There is always one person that is going right on your nerves.

This is now the 5th company I work for. Everytime there is one person that really ****es me off. It's like a set rule.

I would suggest that you get all the dirt on them & if they pi$$ you off next time, present it to them. They will never bother you again.

when shes not about, trap her fan cord in the desk drawer or somethin or even cut the sheeth with some scissors (unpplug it first) just enough to damage the cable outer, a damaged cable means she wont be allowed to use it till its fixed, at most companies this is going to take ages.

you need to wind her up till she snaps, but you need to do it in such a way she has no sensible recourse. make her appear to be attention seeking and disruptive. surprisingly enough...she wont be around for long

I have to say, the temptation to log onto her machine using VNC and start playing with her mouse and keyboard.......

Thing is, I was ok with putting up with her crap as long as it didn't stop me working but as soon as it did interupt things then I discussed the matter with the MD who was already aware of the problem due to her having a hissy fit and shouting at me in the office, so everyone got to watch as she had a strop

She apparently was a office manager before this. I don't see how. This is the woman who didn't realise you need to take the tape off before putting a toner into a printer.

Bloody hell Captain,do you know her also! :P :P

find out how well she types... take the pipe (| and \ ) key and swap it with the colon key (; and : ). If she doesn't notice tomorrow. Swap over the at key (@ and ') with the hash key (# and ~) and so forth. If you do it just right she get more and more confused and not know why.
Oh and swap the mouse and the keyborad ports over.
If she has speakers... plug them in the mic port.
swap around the ethernet cables on the PC, change its timezone.... turn the volume up high and turn it off.
Increase the mouse pointer speed...
Hide the mouse ball, or fill it up with dirt/grease old cheese sandwich...

Remove the odd page from print outs on her desk...
Dip all pen tips in super glue so they don't work...

I'm sure that I have other ideas.
