So how do you stick the mesh to the fairing?

I suspect that blu-tac, chewing gum and big nails aren't quite the right things to use.

Yep, the hot glue gun- exactly as good at sticking things to things as it is at burning off your skin.

To those of you that have the gold mesh installed.

Have you noticed any rust, peeling or general mankiness after winter use? If not, what mesh you used?
