Ok, I'll take my comment back. In an ideal world (i.e. no traffic, no danger to others, no one loses out), he'd be a hero. But the reality is, it's not an idea world...

As a side note didn't the geezer in Scotland get 5months for like speeds on a public road in a car which was his and legal. It will be interesting to see what the outcome of this is in comparison
