Re: Potential charging issue?
But why go through the hassle, when i could just take the keys, build a bike box and go!

Re: Potential charging issue?
otherwise they'd have lost and bike and got nothing. At least this way they feel they got something

Re: Potential charging issue?
i could leave them my sv that should be enough. It has many redeeming features... i'm sure someone could think of them

Re: Potential charging issue?
I've been eyeing one for years. About 6 months after i got the sv and that must have been 5 years ago now.
As a track bike... the leaking oil might be a bit of an issue. It's well and truely on it's way out, there's air getting into the brakes, the oil leaks, and radiator fan doesn't work, the ignition, the fact if you brake hard it throws petrol out the tank. I've even taken the twin cans off to sell when i get that far. It does still have the orginal mud guard though and the seat is really really comfy. |

Re: Potential charging issue?
it should be advertised as a 'project bike' then. *Some* niggles, runs well, comfy seat
Go for it! I do like the look of that year of Daytonas |

Re: Potential charging issue?
I'd have just gone with well loved, i have put 50k on it in the 5 years i've had it. But i think it's probably got to the point it's not worth selling it any more.
