Good work!

Good kit doesn't have to cost the earth, You're not lapping Donnington with the kids on the back, so no need to get race gear for them, just decent stuff! Very glad to see more kids going out on the bike, I loved it when I was a sprog and still do!

My son(7 1/2)loves coming out on the back of me,i use love handles as you can feel the child through them and know they are there. Also i've told him if ever he needs me to stop, just to pat me on the side and i will pull over.

As for kit...he wears a set of j&s leathers which also zip at the waste,a pair of trials boots(as any others were difficult to find in his size)a decent pair of gloves with protection and a nitro hemet with iridium visor(he wanted to look like dad)
I,m sure your daughter will love it.........happy riding

ps
a couple of pics of my son,the stormtroopr, lol.

my daughter borrowed her pals textiles for her first ride in case she didnt like it. went to Callendar as its a nice road with lots of twisties but only 30 miles one way. stopped in callendar she loved it, went up crainlarich and home the long way 180 miles for first trip. went to hein gerick and got her textile jacket and trousers, my old boots and gloves and my spare helmet. she now has leathers but needs new ones as ones she has are too short. my son now wears her textile kit. I would say go for leathers if only going out on sunny days. look on ebay always stuff on there.

my daughter is looking at getting her first bike when she is 16 (January)

Actually, I have bought gear from Baby Biker in the past. Their textiles for teenagers fitted me perfectly

I'd love to have Sophie on the back and she wants to, but Mrs won't hear of it So I bought a 675 instead of a Sprint

then it would probably be easier for you to remove your own b alls and dangle them from the handlebars as opposed to waiting for Mrs to do it.
