i swapped my s for a naked for that very reason ride it all the time now and it's more fun to ride for me personally.

You can also get a lower seat for it and I believe the pegs on nakeds are lower so you should be able to try a combination (seat, pegs,bar risers etc.) to suit. A race exhaust never fails to bring a smile to my face, I love the sound the v twin makes through it.
