Proper sag settings don't work for me on the SV.
I like the front end as firm as it will go without bottoming out (less sag) and the back end loose (more sag).
Doesn't sound like a good setup but it's what works best for me.

There are medications available for both...

Sorry, I just couldn't stop myself. I'll get my coat

Do you want the triple R settings Dave? I deffinately have what they came out the factory with and I may have what sag this equates to.

I may also be giving you a call to finish off my setting up unless I can get Nic to help me finish it off.

Are you setting yourself up as a suspension guru?

ZX6R 2009 R9F

Steering damper:
18 clicks to soft (out of 21 I think)

Front:
Preload: 5 in
Rebound: 2.5 out
Compression: 3 out

Rear:
Preload: no standard
Rebound: 13 clicks out
High speed compression: 2.5 turns out
Low speed compression: 2 turns out.

Unfortunately I don't have the sag values (not that they mean a great deal for anyone)

Front:
Preload: 4lines visible
Comp: 4 clicks ot
Rebound: 4clicks out.

rear
Preload: 6 threads visible
Comp: 8 clicks out
rebound: 7 clicks out

Front is so so, rear lot chatter (still needs damping sorting)
