have you tried putting the bike in dealer mode using the plug under between the rider and passenger seat?

note to ones self read the threads properly lol

have you tried the 3 plugs at the front of the airbox?

You checked the battery?

Alarms put an horrendous drain on the battery, when the battery drops the internal battery on the alarm starts to flatten and normally puts the alarm into panick mode IE shouts its tits off!

Worth checking the battery is alright.

I would go for;

dodgy battery - hook some jump leads up to something decent, car batter if you have one.
broken switch or connector somewhere - I know you've checked this stuff but check for possible crash damage that might cause this.
fuses? - have you checked them all?
alarm system itself - was it working ok before? sounds like the immobiliser is still active preventing it from firing, usually its the ignition system that is used for alarm immobiliser function

was it a runner when you got it?
