You can get it serviced, or take a chance and buy a second hand GSXR shock from ebay, it may even be just a case of needing to be set up for you instead of the previous owner.

What gixer shock you need ,I have one of a gsxr 600 track bike that i swooped for a mate and he don't want it back it seams .Well not collected it in 3 months?

If worst comes to worst and your shock is goosed I have a standard one I could sell you. Took it of my sk6 when it had about 5k on the clock.
