As per request, simple google results brings back:
Granules. As I said, these disolve in water, but you can get water proof containers for them too. Water sprayer. Spray (for the sprayer). Aerosol (spray it on the bike cover). Ultra sound device. Scatmat (electric mat to shock the dog!) I'd also suggest some signs. Just so then the owner can't come back at you with "you bar-steward, you poisoned my dog! I'll sue your whatsits!" It might also be useful to put something to attract the dog to nearby trees, or lampposts etc, so you're not only encouraging the dog away from the bike, but providing an alternate place for it to conduct it's business ![]() |

I don't think electrifying the bike would be a super idea. I’m not sure of the legality, especially as it seems to be parked on a public road.
I think Baph’s repugnant solution (hehe) would do the job. |

Get a bottle of Jays Fluid (you get it places like B&Q) and pour a wee bit around the bike but for goodness dont get it on the bike (its very corosive!)! Dogs and cats hate the smell of the stuff and wont come near it.
Or do what I done, last time a dog went to pee on my bike I shouted alot of abuse and hurled a mug at him from 5floors up! Missed him by a mile but it was enough to scare the poop out him (the owner that is) and he aint walked his dog passed my bike since. |
