Not being funny, but unless someone has used one to actually comment, it should be ignored. Experience of something is much better IMO. Reading someones comment that is based on reading something ain't right. Its plug and play. Yes its £250 notes, but if you have the money then its not a problem, fully rebuildable too. Its manufactured as a direct replacement.
I wasn't to know that was I lol, stop ranting diz. I wan't too out of order to have took onboard something YC said! Anyway he might not have even said it it's a hazey memory.

I hereby retract my comment

Got the sag done. Turns out the shock is to soft for the curvy , probably more suited to the pointy.. was a bit of a gamble as i could not find a diffinitive answer on the exact spring rate.Even although the shock is to soft it still damps better than the stock one , just a shame its to soft.

too soft as in what way?

because you cant feel the bumps in the road?

or your spine isn't being dislodged every time you go over some bumps?

from all accounts the ZX10 shock is better than the GSXR1000 one, i have the GSXR1000 K8 one and find it perfect if not a bit too hard...

My shocks a 2008 ZX10R.

Its to soft as in the preload is ramped up full.. when i sit on the bike it drops down about 15mm from the upright position. Also on accelation you can feel the back drop and the front start to lift. The ride quality on the other hand is rather good.

ermmmm .. 15mm is not even race spec. you have it wayyyyy to hard.. that's your static sag measurement.. i'm surprised you are not being thrown out the seat when you go over bumps..

please read from start to finish....
