Update time.

I'm bl.oody impressed! These Maxxis Supermax tyres are excellent. I've given them some serious beans over the last couple of days and they've not given an inch. They've had some real stick in the dry, I've used them as I would the Storm ST's I had on before and they stick to the road brilliantly. Good neutral handling, warm up quickly and plenty of feedback. I've started pushing them a lot more in the wet too now as my confidence in them grows and they haven't so far let go at all. To be honest I think they are going to be as good in the wet as any other decent tyre. In my experience (so far) you would have to be giving it inappropriate amounts of throttle and daft angles of lean in poor conditions to get these to let go.

Excellent tyres for a lot less money than the bigger names. The final test is going to be that of longevity. We shall see.....

Glad you like 'em. I was seriously impressed as well. I've just over 3.5k on my sports now and still enjoying 'em.

So that's good reviews for the sports and the sport touring.

over 9k on the front with no noticeable wear, and about 7k on the rear, with loads of life left, gave them some serious abuse this summer and wearing very well.
