Frankie Boyle Live.

His support act was quite good, some Texan guy (could be same one mentioned by Viney), who came on stage half cut, was quite funny tbh.

Frankie Boyle i thought was amazing, really harsh, quick and appealed to the audiences harsh Scottish humour.. Which he also shares..

The Reverend Obidiah Steppenwolf III?

Guys real name is Jim Muir and he is "fae Kilmacolm" or summit as uninteresting.

He was good, came on swigging a bottle of wine (table not tonic) and got severely heckled cos half the PA was down. Handled it great.

of the new stand ups theres only peter kay that stands out for me.
going back a few years there were some brilliant acts, not pc maybe but back then people were allowed to laugh at themselves.
roy walker, bernard, colin crompton, frank carson, dougie brown and many more.

Ah, when Al Murray- Pub Landlord was still fresh, it was fantastic... Sure there's a lot of reference to other people's material, but with his own twist usually, he uses the familiar to set up his own punchline. But it's a bit tired now, he gives the impression he's used up all the funny.

Billy Connolly's the best in my opinion. Haven't seen him but he's amazing.
