If you call Suzuki you will probably end up at Express insurance. If you look at the Express insurance web site (I forget it, but Google won't ) then you will find they have a Suzuki-specific page. Call the number on there and ask about the £99 deal, explain you don't meet the criteria fully, and ask them to check about subsidies!

Worked for me

They are getting back to me.........that doesn't sound hopeful.

The guy I spoke to said that Suzuki normally subsidise the cost by up to £400 if you don't qualify for their deal.

If that is of use.

FINGERS CROSSED!!!!

Right just got off the phone and have been quoted:

wait for it......................................£995 fully comp!

That includes the full £400 Suzuki subsidy.

Just for info though the guy on the phone told me that the £99 offer only applies to brick built garages and ones that are on your own property, so I couldn't even rent one, which was my next avenue.

So I think I might just keep the SV until I have at least a years NCB (hopefully).

Perhaps I should have a test drive just to get it out of my system though.

Cool, an offer no-one can resist! Of course I will do a thorough cleaning job properly, by taking it out after to air dry the water off.
