It's been a struggle at time LPH, but I'm fighting the cravings!

As with all those who've vowed to give up the fags - keep going. The pain doesn't last that long when you put it in the context of your whole life, it REALLY isn't that long! And it is very much worth it! Keep going!!!

Thanks. 5 days down now but really starting to struggle!

Well my NYR was to give up being teetotal, so far im failing miserably, but the weekends looming and the kids are away...
