I'm getting the blue and white K6 600. yeah, I did have the black and silver one but it is pretty rare, only produced for the K6 and not many shipped in either. There was one on ebay that was rather dodgy (not got a proper V5 and selling it for a relative...apparently) and one on autotrader that was £6,949! I'm not going doing the import route either. Tbh, I don't think I want exactly the same colour again, and I really do like the blue and white too. It has a yoshi can on it and only 980 miles

Cool, how much is that up for then? You'll blend in with the pre-K6 crowd on a blue and white one

Cheers, but I've already put a deposit down on a gixer already. The black and silver unregistered one is likely to be outside my price-range and tbh, I half think it was nicked because it was the rarer colour scheme. I want (and will get) the exact same model as before but I think a change of colour would be good.

Kate, I'm really pleased that a new bike is on the way. Blue and White are the more 'popular' colours and are probably the easiest to sell in the future. I love the black and I really like the red n white but my choice has already been made. The yoshi looks a peach too.

Glad you're getting back on two wheels Kate, I really like the blue wheels on the K6 600 really finishes that colour scheme off properly

Weird, one of your posts disappeared Kate?! Didn't think there was anything untoward on it
![]() This Yoshi can on the one you're looking at - it's not the 'official' GP Evolution can available on the Suzuki web site for £1k is it?? That's about the only can I've seen that actually seems to fit with the bike's original stubby exhaust look - all others are either full exhausts hooked on to the pillion footpeg, or stubby ones that jut out too far or look too exposed cos the belly pan bit doesn't cover enough. Actually, the only other one that might appeal right now is the Yoshi R-55 but I've seen very few pics of it so I might change my mind! That Laser-dual-exhaust-thing is my default choice if I can't find better... |

Oh bugga, I edited it and thought I had added to it, I guess I must have deleted it insead! Oh well.
Tbh, I haven't actually seen the bike yet, just pics. The can doesn't seem to match any that are on the Suzuki website. I figured I would hear what its like and if I don't like it swop the standard can back on. The standard can sounds gorgeous which is why I didn't change it on my old gixer. |
