hi guys, new to forum and just got my self an sv650s 04, i need to get it restricted and the cheapest way seems to be dooing something to the engine with a dealer but i would preffere an ecu change, ive found one online for an aweful price but still the cheapest possibility but its for an 05, will it work in my bike as there were no real changes to the bike or ecu that i know of thanks

As long as it is a single pin and not a twin pin ecu it will be fine. i think the code for a restricted one is MGT061, so check it is restricted.
